We currently operate within McDonough, Stockbridge, and nearby regions in Georgia, with airport transfers as our primary route.
Do you accommodate last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to seat availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service.

What are the available pickup points?
We currently serve three options: Target Parking Lot (McDonough), Kroger Parking Lot (Stockbridge), and Home Pickup via GPS.
Can I choose a different pickup time?
Pickups are based on the posted schedule (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM), but we recommend booking early to secure your preferred slot.
Is international pickup available?
Yes, but only upon special request and subject to availability. Please contact us directly for arrangements.
How do I use the Home Pickup option?
Simply choose "Use My Location" during booking. Our system will detect your GPS location and assign a pickup accordingly.
What happens if I miss my scheduled pickup?
Missed pickups are non-refundable, but you may reschedule if available. Please contact support for assistance.
Can I request a custom drop-off location?
All trips are direct to the airport. Custom drop-offs are considered on a case-by-case basis by request.
How many bags can I bring?
Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on item.
Is there an extra fee for additional luggage?
Yes, extra or oversized luggage may incur a small additional fee. Please indicate this during booking.
Can I bring sports equipment or musical instruments?
Yes, but please mention this under "Special Requests" during booking to ensure space availability.
What is the size limit for checked luggage?
Standard luggage should not exceed 62 linear inches (length + width + height) or 50 pounds.
Is luggage insured during transport?
While we handle all luggage with care, Global Access 1 is not liable for lost or damaged items unless otherwise noted.
Do I need to label my luggage?
Yes, please attach a name tag to each bag for quick identification and to avoid confusion during loading.
Are child car seats provided?
Yes, child seats can be requested when booking. Availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there a fare for children?
Children under 3 years old ride for free if seated on a parent’s lap. A reserved seat is charged at regular fare.
Can strollers be brought onboard?
Yes, collapsible strollers are permitted and will be stored safely in the luggage area.
Is it safe for young children to travel?
Absolutely. All vehicles are maintained to high safety standards and equipped with seat belts and child seat anchor points.
Do children count towards the passenger limit?
Yes. All passengers, including children, count toward the seating capacity and must be declared during booking.
