Welcome to Global Access 1! These Terms of Service govern your use of our shuttle booking platform. By using this site and submitting a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking
- Users can book one-way, round-trip, or custom return date trips.
- Seat availability is shown in real-time. If a trip is fully booked, alternative dates will be suggested.
- Booking is confirmed via instant screen confirmation, email, and SMS after payment is received.
2. Payment
- We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Chime, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- All transactions are processed securely. No sensitive card information is stored on our servers.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the trip to be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling is allowed until 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- After that window, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Check-in & Boarding
- All passengers must check in using their QR code ticket before boarding.
- Tickets are downloadable in PDF format and include trip details, booking reference, and contact info.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information, including names and contact details.
- You must ensure timely arrival at pickup points and keep your phone accessible for SMS reminders.
6. Account & Privacy
- Users may register an account to view, cancel, or rebook trips and update profile details.
- Passwords are encrypted. Reset links will be sent to verified email addresses only.
- Your data will not be sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy for more info.
7. Admin Rights
- Global Access 1 reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to operational or safety reasons.
- Any abuse of the system (e.g., fake bookings, unauthorized QR tampering) will result in account suspension.
